These terms and conditions of use shall apply to all visits to this website, use of the applications that this website offers, all information that appears on the website and any services offered via the website except where other terms and conditions imposed by Eurovet Animal Health BV (hereinafter: Eurovet) apply.

Closing provisions
If any provision of these terms and conditions of use is null and void, the parties shall replace the content of this provision with a provision that corresponds as closely as possible in terms of outcome with the void provision.

Dutch law shall apply to the use of this website and to these terms and conditions of use. Any disputes shall be submitted to the District Court of ’s-Hertogenbosch.

Privacy
Eurovet shall not collect any personal data unless such data is actively provided on a voluntary basis. Visitors who complete and submit a customer registration or contact form or who send an e-mail grant Eurovet Animal Health consent to store their personal data in a file maintained by Eurovet for the purpose of customer relation management, which may include:

- communicating with the visitor to the site
- providing information on the products and services offered by Eurovet
- maintaining an overview of the information sent
- keeping in touch with the individual in question

Visitors to the site are entitled to access the relevant personal data and to request that this be corrected where appropriate. The personal data shall be removed at the visitor’s request or no later than one year after the breaking off of relations between Eurovet and the visitor.

The visitor may submit his / her request to access or correct the data or any objections to this e-mail address.
