Regulatory affairs and development manager (M/V)
Eurovet Animal Health is an international veterinary pharmaceutical company that has been active in and outside Europe since 1978. The organisation employs 200 people internationally and is responsible for a significant market position in the veterinary medicinal products sector.
Its product range consists of a broad assortment of high quality veterinary medicinal products that include medicinal products for oral administration via feed or drinking water, tablets, injections, infusion fluids and sprays. Eurovet Animal Health delivers its products to the Benelux and Germany via its own sales organisations, and exports to more than 45 countries in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa, Latin America and Canada.
Eurovet Animal Health B.V. is located in Bladel (The Netherlands) and is a full subsidiary of AUV Cooperative (Cuijk, The Netherlands).
We are expanding our Regulatory Affairs and Development Department with a
Regulatory Affairs and Development Manager
Location Bladel, full-time
As Regulatory Affairs and Development Manager, you will be part of our team that develops veterinary medicinal products and authorises these globally so that the trade in veterinary medicinal products can take place. In this, the emphasis is on the European market.
Your most important tasks are:
• Preparation of project proposals and, after approval, drawing up a detailed project plan.
• Responsible for the implementation of projects and realising the objectives (per project phase) in collaboration with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Drawing up registration dossiers concerning safety and efficacy, such that these fulfil the prevailing regulations (national and international).
• Maintaining contacts with local governments/registration authorities and local representatives of Eurovet Animal Health – or its subsidiaries – in the designated countries concerning registration applications.
• Advising your supervisor in matters of the safety and efficacy of the products to be sold and everything that takes place in the veterinary/pharmaceutical field.
• Giving technical support to sales departments to facilitate successful market introductions of newly registered products.
In this position, you will report to the Director of Regulatory Affairs and Development.
Your profile
• Education; biomedical sciences, preferably a veterinarian.
• At least 4 years relevant work experience in a similar position.
• Experience with project-based work is a plus.
• Excellent oral and writing skills in English.
• Knowledge of the registration requirements at home and abroad.
• Communicative, flexible, accurate, able to work in a team.
