AUV Group standards and values AUV Group attaches great value to a good atmosphere and good leadership, and strives towards creating an organisation in which cooperation and customer orientation are commonplace. Our shared values are currently determined. Next step will be to further disseminate them throughout the organisation.
Recruitment and selection As we attach great value to internal progression and promotion, we always first publish any open positions internally. Only when it is clear that no internal candidate meets the job requirements do we start the external recruitment and selection procedure. The manager ensures that the relevant internal parties participate in the selection interviews. These parties could be members of the Board or colleagues, depending on the situation. For positions that require a senior secondary vocational qualification or higher, a personnel officer will hold an interview with the candidate and test him or her against specific criteria. Some jobs may require an external individual assessment as part of the application procedure.
Trainee positions Trainee positions are regularly available within AUV Group. The trainee is given the opportunity to gain work experience in the field and quite frequently can move on to a temporary or permanent position within the organisation. Our trainee policy is set up to create a pool of highly educated graduates, to use young talent effectively and to let them grow naturally with the organisation’s fast-paced developments.
Work placement and graduation We regularly offer work placement posts and graduation projects for students, to enable them to gain first-hand relevant work experience in various disciplines and at various levels. If you would like to apply for a work placement post, send your CV and a letter of motivation to hr@auv.eu. Don’t forget to state clearly what period and what type of work or project you have in mind.
