International MarketingThe International Marketing department (IM) was initiated January 2007. It is the axis between the R&D department and the local markets of the sales organisations. As Eurovet grows to be more successful in launching European registrations, there is an increasing need for marketing campaigns to be aligned between countries. Eurovet Animal Health feels it is crucial that its STAR product line is supported in a similar way everywhere, to brand this line internationally with a constant ‘look and feel’. IM focuses on international products and does not interfere with local marketing activities for national products.

IM is closely involved in pursuing new product ideas, contacting possible partners, suppliers and customers to evaluate these ideas and turn them into development projects. Eventually these ideas end up in products, for which IM develops marketing campaigns.

In-licensing activities (distribution of products for partners), product life cycling of the STAR products and the building and propagation of a vision about the product portfolio composition are responsibilities this department has as well.
