In 1996 Vetimex / Farvet Laboratories was taken over by AUV, a veterinarian’s cooperative. The Eurovet brand name was created in 1996 as our own label for the Benelux. In 2001 we amalgamated the Eurovet, Vetimex and Farvet brand names into Eurovet Animal Health BV, but the Farvet brand name is still used in some countries. We mostly work with exclusive distributors. Our Commercial Employee takes care of promotional activities, newsletters and packaging material. Our two Assistant Area Managers look after handling the order flow, answer our distributors’ questions and support the Area Managers. The Technical Service Manager is responsible for internal and external product-related technical support and the pharmacovigilance system. Some of our best known brands are Octacillin, Soludox, Cyclospray/CTC spray, Solacyl, Methoxasol, Domidin, Sedator, Atipam, Sedaxylan, Cyclosol LA, Rapidexon and Forthyron.
