Our Quality Control (QC) department performs all physical, chemical and microbiological analyses on the quality of the raw materials we use, additives (primary packaging) and end products. It goes without saying that the analytical data must satisfy extremely stringent specifications.
The QC department also conducts storage life studies, the results of which are used as input for shelf life guarantees, and keeps all production data and second samples from every batch until long after the expiry date, so that we can immediately conduct an investigation in the case of a complaint. In addition, the QC department is responsible for preventing microbiological and chemical pollution in every production space and in all production equipment, and for monitoring the efficacy of our cleaning procedures.
Both the QA and QC departments are independent of production; they report directly to the Operations Manager.
